What is Anxiety?
Anxiety and depression go hand-in-hand in most cases – simultaneously. The prevalence of these two is alarming in several countries, especially in the U.S. and they’ve been known to cause mental health disorders in many people.
Common mental disorders are sub-categorized into anxiety disorders and depressive disorders. They affect the feelings and mind consciousness of the affected persons and cause a lot of mental deformities such as panic disorder, phobic disorders, and more.

From generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) to social anxiety disorders (SAD) and agoraphobia, anxiety comes in varying forms.
Although affected persons have been introduced to pharmacological treatments which have been quite helpful, but then leave some side effects such as drowsiness and headache. These medications are linked with limited response rates and may also limit tolerability and adherence. The good news, however, is regardless of the form of anxiety a dose of CBD can help alleviate the unpleasant symptoms.
